Smt.Viral V.Dhulia Vs. Virag R.Dhulia and Ors., pending on the file  

of Xth Additional Chief Metropolitan Magistrate, Bangalore to the  

Court of Additional Chief Metropolitan Magistrate, Kolkata.  

2. We have heard the learned counsel for the parties to the  

lis.

3. After hearing learned counsel for the parties to the lis,  

we are of the opinion that the Transfer Petition, having no merit,  

deserves to be dismissed and is dismissed as such.
