It  is  not  in  dispute  that  the  appeals  on identical issues have been dismissed maintaining the award  of  simple  interest  @  10%  per  annum  on  the amount outstanding against the appellant, as ordered by the Appellate Tribunal for Electricity. 2. Therefore, these appeals are also dismissed. 3. The I.As stand disposed of.
